City of London Intermediate (Minor) Works Framework CF

The City of London (The City) wishes to procure an Intermediate (Minor) Construction Works framework tosupport delivery of capital works programme, strategy and other initiatives. This may include a variety ofconstruction works and disciplines, predominantly for mechanical, electrical & public health and building fabricworks for various sites owned and/or managed by the City and other named parties mentioned in this ContractNotice. Individual call-off contracts let under this framework are generally intended to be in the range 250 000GBP to 1 000 000 GBP.
