Evaluation of IRISi ADViSE Programme The VRU is seeking to procure an evaluation partner for the ADViSE Programme to undertake a detailed process and impact evaluation of the ADViSE Programme, part of this involves conducting or commissioning evaluation research to help understand how commissioned services are working, and whether services are delivering the results we expect.
