GB-Braintree: Planned Maintenance Works

NOTE: This notice was updated on 23 December 2021 for the following reason: Extension to deadline for submissions(Braintree District Council (BDC) are looking for a Contractor to fulfil a large number of planned maintenance works that we carry out annually on various properties that we are responsible for within our District. The contract will be for a period of 4 years until the end of 2024/5 works are complete.

The contract will be based on the JCT Minor Works Building Contract with contractor's design 2016 edition)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
