Void Works

VOID/25/1 Ashford Borough Council is looking to procure a contractor to provide void refurbishments. Works may include minor and major works accordingly. The Contractor is responsible for carrying out works to a number of empty Council owned dwellings (voids) to bring them up to the empty property standard to enable re-occupation by new tenants. The works will be carried out to individual properties of differing house, flat and bungalow types in various locations in the Borough of Ashford area.
