Roof Refurbishment and Associated Works - 22 Units - Brattle, Woodchurch, Ashford, Kent

Ashford Borough Council seeks high quality contractors to re-roof open eaves council owned properties (flats and houses) including the installation of new roofline goods (fascia, soffit and rainwater goods). The works are programmed to be undertaken between October 2016 and January 2017 however the start and end dates stated in this Notice are provisional and may be subject to review. Statutory leasehold consultation will be undertaken and tender prices notified to leaseholders. The successful Contractor must be a current member of the NFRC. Tenders from those who are not NFRC registered will be rejected without further consideration. Proposed 2016/17 Programme of Works:

Contract 1: ROOF/16/3 22 properties £194,000.00

Proposed 2017/18 Programme of Works:

37 properties £175,000.00

Proposed 2018/19 Programme of Works:

37 properties £175,000.00
