Provision of a Highways Infrastructure Management Solution via CCS Framework Agreement RM1557-11 (G-Cloud 11)

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is seeking to implement a Highways Infrastructure Management System to provide an integrated solution for the management of land and property, highways, structures, public lighting, and distribution networks. This system will replace an existing 'On Premise' system with a cloud-based solution.
