Work description
The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority requires a diagnostic service to be run as a gateway into its High Growth business support programme. It is envisaged that the diagnostic service will identify those businesses with high growth characteristics or potential and then the Growth Platform will provide an account management activity to support these businesses and introducing them into different service lines across the City Region.
