The Tender is presented as one Lot for combined Employers and Public & Products Liability (including Libel and Slander) insurance with claims handling services. The insurance and associated services must cover the usual activities of the insured as a Local Authority, Police Authority, Port Health Authority, Property Investor, and Charity.
