G&R/CEN/Temple Island - NEC Supervisor and Project Manager

Temple Island project require a NEC ECC works Supervisor to act on behalf of BCC on Temple Island Jan2024 - May 2025. A maternity leave cover for NEC4 ECC Project Management services is also required during Feb 2024 - Jan 2025. This lead NEC ECC Supervisor will support the NEC ECC Project Manager in managing the civils works, identifying defects and inspecting the quality of the works throughout the contract. The NEC4 ECC Project Manager will administer the terms of the Building Contract and issue and receive all Building Contract notices, instructions and other communications on behalf of BCC. The Pagabo framework has been identified as suitable for supplying both the Supervisor and the Project Manager with the suitable skills and experience. Quotations have been obtained from Atkins Realis (attached) which is suitable for the project needs.
