Disposal of Fleet Assets including Vehicles, Plant and Small Assets

Defra Group conducted a competitive tender under the NEPO 202 Framework to source a supplier to support the disposal of fleet assets including Vehicles, Plant and small assets. The requirements are as follows: - Ensure that all items disposed of under this contract are marketed effectively and sold on the most opportune day and time to optimise the disposal price. - Provide on-site and online viewings/services for the auction of vehicles and other assets. All assets must be available for viewing for a minimum of one week prior to the auction or as otherwise agreed upon implementation. - Conform fully with the requirements of any statutes, orders, regulation or bylaws in force at any time. Defra Group shall rely on the skill and judgement of the supplier, as it is expected to be skilled in providing the services and executing the contract. - Employ sufficient personnel to ensure the smooth execution of the contract. - Provide Defra Group with a valuation and suggested reserve price where requested.
