Work description
The Council sought to re-tender for the provision of an Independent Connection Provider (ICP) who is an accredited company to carry out connection, transfer or disconnection works on the electricity network on behalf of the Council by carrying out a Further Competition among four suppliers on Lot 1 of 'ESPO Framework 256 - Highway Electrical Connections by IPCs'.
