Your Homes Newcastle - Garage Refurbishments 2016-17

As part of its improvements programme for 2016/17, YHN wishes to appoint a contractor to carry out the refurbishment of 40 Garage Blocks associated with 215 property addresses across the YHN Estate. The size of the garage blocks varies from 1 to 14 garages depending on location. The work is to include fitting new Flat roofs, fascias, soffits and rainwater items, and the refurbishment or replacement (as required) of timber roof structures, brickwork, garage doors, full decoration and removal of overgrown plants and vegetation. The Contract is to be undertaken on a "Supply and Fit" basis. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body
