Work description
City of Wolverhampton Council, on behalf of Black Country Transport (BCT) is looking to appoint a suitable consultant to undertake a design feasibility study, including options development and produce a Strategic Outline Business Case (SOBC) for the A41 Carters Green Junction that sits within the borough of Sandwell, which will consist of a package of multi-modal infrastructure improvements. BCT in this instance is representing Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC). BCT, formed of transportation officers from Dudley, Sandwell and Walsall Metropolitan Borough Councils and City of Wolverhampton Council, is a collaborative organisation which develops transportation projects across the Black Country region.
