Project Management & Contract Administrator - Retrofit Sprinkler Installation

Description

The City of London Corporation (the City Corporation) is embarking on a project to install retrofit water suppression sprinklers to 424 flats in five residential tower blocks. These include: - Great Arthur House, Golden Lane Estate (120 flats) - Petticoat Tower, Middlesex Street Estate (88 flats) - East Point, Avondale Square Estate (72 flats) - West Point, Avondale Square Estate (72 flats) - Centre Point, Avondale Square Estate (72 flats) The project will involve the installation of retrofit sprinklers to all residential flats but not the communal areas. The contract will include the installation of the retrofit sprinklers themselves, all associated sprinklers tanks and pumps in communal storage areas at ground floor, the installation of new fire alarm systems in Petticoat Tower, East Point, Centre Point and West Point, and all other associated work to deliver the contract.
