Connect the Classroom - Manor Academy - AWARD

Description

Manor Academy is eligible for the DFE Connect the Classroom scheme. The DfE Connect the Classroom programme aims to provide the school with a comprehensive wireless networking solution that covers wireless access points. Manor Academy network consists of HP POE edge and core switching. Currently the Academy is running TP Link as its wireless solution and the site has decent site coverage internally. However, external WiFi coverage is limited and in some internal areas, WiFi is weak. The business objectives covered by this project, is to ensure we are providing a comprehensive WiFi solution, allowing teachers and students to make good use of technology, impacting the teaching and learning.
