Coast and Country Housing are seeking to appoint a preferred supplier to survey properties and carry out external re-painting to individual dwellings over a 3 year period. this comprises of 3 estates 1 per year and the contract for each year should be completed within a 20 week period

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
