Work description
**This contract has been awarded.** The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) are seeking an advisor to provide a detailed assessment of the now closed Urban Development Fund (UDF); a £40m EU funding programme that ran from 2019 to 2023. The UDF invested in research & innovation, low carbon projects and SME support.
