GB-London: Contract for DLO Responsive Repairs Sub-Contractor

Circle Housing Property Services (CHPS) is a Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), which provides reactive repair services to Clarion Housing stock in East Anglia, Essex, Hertfordshire, and Surrey. Though most of CHPS repairs jobs are performed by in-house resources, they have a constant requirement for sub-contractors to cover works where the capacity or expertise are not available internally. Therefore Clarion wishes to appoint a contractor for the following works where CHPS in-house resources do not have the capacity: Responsive Repairs Including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, brickwork, plasterwork and other finishes, external and roofing repairs, and groundwork) for the Surrey region.
