"To provide sufficient evidence and assurance to enable removal of the limitation of scope qualification applied to the Department accounts by the NAO, through:- Undertaking validation of Academy Land and Buildings submitted to the Department; and- Undertake accounting assessments to make a judgement on accounting recognition."
