Work description
This is a contract award is for the appointment of a contractor to carry out the refurbishment works required to change the use of the University's St Marks building into a Dental practice. This project is being delivered under the Lincolnshire Institute of Dental and Oral Health (LIDOH) initiaive.
The contractor appointment was made via the SCAPE Built Environment Framework, Lot 4. The programme of works is c. 7 months.
