UKTV DEAL Technical support in respect of Significant Risk #4: UKTV deal. This is a complex commercial transaction and we are seeking framework partner support in respect of: - Critical challenge of our audit approach; - Completeness check of key judgements identified; - Review of the BBC's accounting policies and contracts; and - Specific media sector expertise. The outputs expected on completion of the assignment Workpaper issued from GT to NAO for inclusion on audit file. Workpaper will indicate the documents that have been reviewed, communication with the audit team, findings and recommendations.
