Decarbonisation of Social Housing Scheme (Works)

The Authority applied for a grant for Energy Efficiency Funding, Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund Wave 2 and Procurement of Energy Efficiency Retrofit Works. In anticipation of being successfully awarded the grant, an assessment of all suppliers within Lot 16 (Whole House Internal & External Installation Works more than £1m) of the EN:Procure Installation & Repairs Framework were assessed by EN:Procure with EQUANS Services Limited demonstrating best value for money overall, they have therefore been awarded a direct award.
