GB-Braintree: Development of Medical Centre

The Council is seeking a developer to deliver a circa 700m² BREEAM excellent medical centre for the newly merged GPs' practices of Sible and Castle Hedingham. The developer will need to work with the GPs and NHS to deliver the required design and specification.

Once completed the developer will lease the premises to the GPs on terms to be agreed between the parties.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
