Thirteen Group - Ewbank Internals & Externals Scheme 2016/17

Thirteen Group is undertaking the refurbishment of 91 properties on the Ewbank Estate, Stockton-On-Tees. As part of this programme, Thirteen Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to undertake the installation of rain water good, fascias, soffits, canopies, external painting, kitchens, bathrooms, cloaks, boilers, electric fires, smoke, heat and CO detectors. The Contract is to be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of Thirteen Group.
