This programme aims include:- o Providing better access to a rewarding career when transitioning from secondary to post 16 options o Enable young learners to obtain the fundamentals to effectively learn o Work experience opportunities with L & Q and its stakeholders o Schools within the partnership access a catalogue of at least 12 sessions (educational, environmental and holistic) that support young people o Provide tailored, targeted support to a cohort of older year students preparing for the world after school
