Tender for Provision of Piano Maintenance Services

Ensemble Purchasing on behalf of Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance are tendering for a supplier to provide piano maintenance services to the Conservatoire.

This opportunity is being tendered in accordance with the Conservatoire's financial regulations which require budget holders to demonstrate value for money and ensure that any risks associated with supply contracts are managed appropriately. Some aims of the process are: • Ensuring our suppliers have appropriate financial security, skills, qualifications and insurances to carry out the contract. • Clearly state our contract requirements to minimise the risk of disputes further down the line. • Clearly set out the terms and conditions of the contract.
