External painting to domestic properties

Description

Derwentside Homes are seeking a single contractor to undertake the preparation and repainting of external timber on around 1000 of its domestic stock. The successful contractor must be capable of completing the works in around 4 months. Additional information: Draft documents are available upon request. The successful contractor shall be expected to incorporate aspects of social value within their bid. In addition, the contract shall be awarded on the criteria outlined within the documents; a 70/30 price/quality ratio. Derwentside Homes will be restricting the list of contractors to tender for these works based on environmental, social and labour aspects, as outlined in the Public Contracts Regs 2015
