Examples of the standard expected of the Service Provider are: • Able to provide the highest calibre of resources for exemplary legal services • Able to provide a reliable, consistent, effective and efficient supply of services • Being able to self-audit all aspects of the Services to ensure that consistently high levels of service are attained, including quality checks on personnel, standards of work and advice provided • Able to provide accurate and detailed cost information in the agreed format on a regular basis • Provision of current and up to date statutory/legislative advice, guidance and updated for the relevant aspects of the Service provision awarded
