This procurement is for the appointment of a Planning Consultant for Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council to support with the developments of Marple Community Hub. A risk based sourcing process was utilised for this restricted tender, based on our local investment initiative and following our contract procedure rules. 3no. bids were received and Stantec UK Limited were awarded on the basis of most advantageous tender (MAT).
