Work description
UCLan are tendering for an Individualised Learner Record (ILR) return software system.
The Degree Apprenticeship programme is a key strategic priority for the University and we have developed our provision significantly over the past twelve months. We currently have 160 apprentices on programme with further growth planned. We are interested in systems that provide additional functionalities, particularly if this is on a modular basis. Integration capability with third party e-portfolio and learner management systems would also be an advantage. However, our main focus for this procurement is ILR submission and compliance with ESFA funding rules.
The University is open to receiving Tenders from providers of COTS (Commercial off the Shelf) solutions with a proven track record of successfully implementing systems in the HE sector. Flexibility can be via customisation but via configuration is preferred. In addition, the University is open to tenders that utilise current systems for aspects of delivery of a solution.
