Work description
To commission the services of an appropriately qualified and experienced team of external consultants to deliver and support the research, engagement and planning work in the development of the Bradford District Climate Action Plan (known as 'Phase 1'), followed by refinement of the Council's long-term GHG emissions reduction strategy through to 2030 and 2038
