Legal Services to LQHT

Services this Tender is for a range of legal services covering all aspects of the business such as development,housing management, conveyancing, governance, employment, care etc. The Contracting Authority sought suitably qualified and experienced legal firms to provide high quality Legal Services supported by robust structures, management, skilled staff and effective efficient processes. Tenderers needed to demonstrate that they have the requisite staff skills and knowledge, infrastructure, resources and procedures already in place to perform the services to the standard required by the organisation.
